2014-2016 Bumper/Front end swap (S front onto LE)?

Hello,

This is my first post, I've been searching the forum and I guess this is a unique question.

Recently got into a front end accident and I'm buying all the replacement parts from under the hood to the front end, including the fenders on each side.

I'd like to know if it's possible to do a direct swap with a S to LE. In other words purchase the all the S parts (Bumper cover, grille, hood grille, and even the fenders if needed) and place them onto the LE?

To give you guys an idea of everything that needs to be replaced on the front end. I've attached a picture of my 2016 Corolla LE Plus.

Hope you're okay from the accident. A front end swap from a LE to S and vice versa is possible by switching the bumper and grilles. However, from the pictures, it looks like you need a radiator support, possibly a front crash bar, airbags, new sensors, etc. Why not go through insurance?

Thanks, luckily no injuries!

We're definitely aware of the extensive damages.

Our insurance agency thought it was somehow okay to add a literal financed car to a policy with just bare minimum coverage.

And of course they're not taking any responsibility. And more than likely taking them to court will not only be a long process but more than likely we would lose since in the end it was our responsibility to take a good look at the policy, the documents mailed to us, and make sure everything was right.

Soo, yeah paying out of pocket. Only adding airbags to the driver and passenger. Everything to just about the radiator needs replacing, including the fenders on each side. We might be lucky (not that it's really expensive, thankfully) and have a fully working radiator, I don't even think it took any real damage. But everything before it, definitely needs replacing.

Oh I see, that's a bad situation and I'm sorry to hear that. As long as you do the repairs properly, the car will run again properly. I can't tell from the picture but if there is frame damage, you could bring it to a frame shop to get it straightened as it shouldn't be too expensive. Even if the frame is a little bent, it's always best to get it back to factory spec to make sure all of the parts fit.
