2012 White Corolla

I bought this car 2 years ago as a CPO and it has been great Today after and a lot of rain in Cali the paint is literally coming of in sheets on the front roof
It really is an eyesore I m so pissed off as a paint job would be half of what the car is worth The car is in excellent condition otherwise I m going wait to see what the Toyota Dealer says

We own a good number of corollas even still own a 91. never pealed. you are the original owner, or do you know the History if your car was ever re-painted?

I just received a recall notice for my white 2012 corolla. Yes there is a paint problem for all metal panels but not for bumpers ( as they are not metal)

Our 202 got the recall soon after purchase , and just soon after that my 2010 got one to.
