Is it still under warranty? The elapsed time and mileage aren't very much. If you're not sure, contact your local Toyota dealers Service Department and provide them the VIN identification number and they can look it up for you.
Keep in mind, an extended warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear items such as spark plugs, brakes, belts, hoses, tires, struts/shocks, filters, etc.
