2000 corolla 1.6 light blue smoke

I just bought a 2000 corolla with the 1.8 for my sons first car for 350.00.
it has 199k miles and runs good and goes down road good.it is smoking light blue at cold start and when thumping the gas.i did a compression check and got theese results,dry test only done.
#1 184 psi,#2 183 psi,#3 169psi,#4 185 psi.
the plugs are oily in #1 and #2 but 3 and 4 look normal.

Downshifting going down a hill then stop and go, does it puff when you step on it? If so valve guide seals. Do a piston soak, marvel mystery oil over night or 2 days then run, kerosene overnight then run, seafoam for a few hours then run. I did that thinking it was the rings but turns out it was the valve guide seals.
