06 corolla xrs engine stalled while driving after Heli-coil job

I have an issue with a 2006 toyota corrola xrs 100,000 miles manual transmission. A spark plug blew out and upon inspection it was quite corroded and the spark plug as well as the ignition coil needed replacing. I used a Heli-coil kit to rethread the spark plug. After doing this the car ran quite well for 3-4 days until I pushed the rpm's way past daily driver requirements. Suddenly the engine stalled after taking it out of gear and the steering wheel became rigid. On the side of the road it did turn on again(with much rumbling) but eventually turned off again once it was out of gear. I kept it in fourth one last time trying to get home but it started running really rough(lots of vibrations and making a lot of noise) and eventually stalled and has not turned on since. I really am not sure where to start, I have tools and access to space in which I can work on the car. Please help...

I also completed a compression test, these are the results
If I am facing the engine tube one is the leftmost
tube one had 140 psi
tube two with the heli-coil had 80 psi
tube three had 170 psi
tube four had 160 psi

I also read car codes and got p0012 which is Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded

I don't think the heli-coil has any thing to do with it. The heli-coil could've caused the initial issue then created a timing chain damage
Even with issues within the plug threads you should be able to start the car

It sounds like the tensioner broke or you issues wothin the timing chain case

Possible cause
-Valve timing
-Oil control valve
-Camshaft timing gear assembly
-ECM
Have you had the ECM replaced because there is a recall that has Toyota replacing all the ECMs in these cars?

No I have not...is it a free recall on my end? Would I take it to a Toyota dealership to have them do it for free?

According to this link https://www.cars.com/recalls/toyota-corolla-2006/ only the 1ZZ-FE having cars are affected by the recall. My corolla has a 2ZZ-GE which may not be covered....

Put new plugs and try.

I actually replaced the whole set, all four spark plugs when I did the Heli-coil job

you have pressure leak from the heli coil. you need to seal it.

He already replaced the plugs and the car only has 100000 miles on it. plugs should be good through 120000 miles according to Toyota.

Why would you put Heli-Coil in ? I assume one of the spark plug threads stripped out

Maybe jump off the oil control valve assembly with 12v from the battery.
You may have gotten metal shreds in it when you drilled the threads out for the Heli-coil.
