Ok so i just woke up. Mt car makes around 240 whp 230 wtq and it is really fun. I do recommend but i do agree with your worries in that the cvt sounds like it would shatter like glass. The one thing i think about is a transmission cooler but im not sure if it would fit. I dont know too much...

Its a garrett gt28r turbo and if i dont get on it, its about 50 mpg minimum on cruise control

Kind of a late reply, but im running 225/45/18 and it fits with minimal rub on the fender.

I turbocharged my 2011 corolla s with the 2zr-fe turbo kit. i got it on the dyno and its at 237 whp and 224 wtq with the auto transmission. its fun and im joining this forum because problems are bound to pop up according to my peers, and alot of people seem to be knowledgeable on this forum
