I think that your Engine speed is going down. Try to see on the throttle there is an idle control screw. Increase your Idle speed a bit and you will not feel vibrations

Whats the rpm when you stop while your car is drive gear ?

Clean your throttle body. your vibration will go away.

The Car Could be accidented and repair was not done good. Thats the only reason it cannot be align. The reason for vibration is that the rim is damaged or the tires are not round. Or your suspension components are wear out.

I dont know about Castrol but it is best to use the transmission fluid from the dealer. Your transmission shift quality could go bad if use other than specified in your car manual.

Have your checked your control arm bushing? I guess your bushing is worn out.

When you removed the Transmission fluid is it black or it was in good condition? How many miles are on your car? The new fluid you used is from Toyota or some other brand.
