You would have to wire it directly to your battery OR a fuse that is always on...yeah...use an add-a-fuse, wire the power from the outlet to a fuse slot that always has power. Much simpler and cleaner.

lol in that chase, yes you can tint them. But you will definitely need to use a hair dryer or a heat gun(if you are experienced) to get the tint to conform to the curves.
