    2010 trunk light

My trunk lights up just fine for me... and so doubt I'd bother. If you want to do strip LED lights... youtube shows an example. Just be sure the LED strips are 12v.

Corolla Muffler Delete for those who are thinking about doing it.

Back in the 70's there was still lead in the fuel to help lubricate the valves. Not the case any longer. Disregard all you like... but your opinion is plain wrong. These engines require some back pressure to retain torque. Loud noise and increased rpm does not improve the miniscule torque...

CLUNKING NOISE DRIVER'S SIDE 2013 COROLLA LE

good for you. glad to hear you will have a safe ride once they've repaired it. Let us know what that repair was. Far as cabin fresh air filters... the dealership always tries to sell them and claims they're most always needed. Probably is true in your case. But $ 50 to purchase and install...

CLUNKING NOISE DRIVER'S SIDE 2013 COROLLA LE

IMO... it probably needs an alignment service and probably hasn't been done since it was new. Good chance the PO hit a curb and knocked the alignment out some. It wouldn't necessarily need be from an accident or hard impact. Light bumps into a curb can do it too. Usually a qualified...

howclean is your Bay the engine area

My '10 is six years old and looks as good as it did when new. Purdy much is still new, considering it only has 32k on the odo Don't think I ever took pictures of my engine bay to share. 'cause quite frankly if you've seen one 1.8L it's surely not special and so how wonderous of that can one be...

CLUNKING NOISE DRIVER'S SIDE 2013 COROLLA LE

seems like the mileage was fairly low... and it is not likely something has worn out. But that's not to say the PO didn't hit a curb or have some other impact that could be culprit. But I personally would be checking to be sure that all the suspension components and hardware securing those are...

    Leather seat

I'd prefer to remove the original factory cloth material altogether... and replace with OEM leather instead. About as close to a factory fit as one can get. It's what I'd like to install on mine... But realize it could require an professional install by someone whom has the patience and ability...

    2017 Corolla LE Revealed

I personally think it looks fugly and is a throwback from the hideous 80's. The funky square edge lines look nissan(ish) and likely don't improve wind resistance. Looks like the dash attempts to mimick the honda. Never liked the newer model's fish mouth fugly grill. Looks the a poop scooper...

    2009 Corolla LE CVT transmission?

^ right... still considered a belt. But IMO the belt is excessively complicated and likely costly to replace if need be. I'm older... so one would think I would prefer the CVT's smoothness. but guess I prefer the shift points and the lesser complexity-cost of maintainence /or repair. Maybe...

    Ac oil amounts

I looked under my hood... found my AC label. Unfortunately it refers to what type of oil is used but doesn't list the system's oil capacity. I'd think the FSM would list the capacities... but my pdf FSM for the Corolla AC is mia. And Toyota makes it difficult to get that online for free...

    2009 Corolla LE CVT transmission?

I am personally unaware of any current failure... But it uses a steel drive cable and tho' better then a rubber belt.. Likely not as durable as a chain. But the cable is likely quieter then anything else could be. So tho' likely not an issue when only 5 or so years into things... But will it...

2014 Corolla Window Fog / Condensation

first off... opening up the vent to the outside air does little to assist drying of the air inside the cabin. Close the vent and run the AC in the defrost mode or bi-mode to help with drying out the interior/windows. The AC feeds dry air into the cabin. An open vent means the outside...

    Damaged Rocker Panel or cover?

I'm still around here... But the OP wants something repaired for free because they failed to notice when purchasing. Anyone whom has lived more then 18 years of life should know that when you make a purchase of anything used... is sold "as is" and should be marked as such. If it wasn't...
