CVT fluid high content of iron, copper, aluminum, at 200,000 miles

#1
Dear all,

Just got results from CAT lab sample analysis,

And this are their remarks:

"ALUMINUM IS HIGH AND MAY INDICATE TORQUE CONVERTER/IMPELLER WEAR. IRON IS

HIGH AND MAY INDICATE CLUTCH PLATES WEAR. MORE SAMPLE HISTORY NEEDED TO ESTABLISH A NORMAL WEAR

TREND. CUT OPEN FILTER(S) AND INSPECT FOR DEBRIS. THE OIL WAS CHANGED. RESAMPLE IN 1,000 MILES TO MONITOR"

I have a Corolla L 2018, Drives well, No problem,

Planning to change cvt filter and as much fluid,

And send a sample of fluid after 1000 miles,

Do have a scanner that tell me the transmission fluid temperature , when verifying the right level,

When the car is leveled,

Anybody knows more,

will appreciate,

Thanks,
