Nope didn't have to remove the side skirts but getting the oem spoiler off was probably the hardest part.

Look up 2014+ corolla vortex splitter only sold on eBay. But I highly suggest putting a lot more 3m tape on it!

Just read a review that said the same thing...does it come with adhesive tape on it that's hella weak!?

It comes with 3m on it but in small strips mine fell off first time going 50 so I covered the whole thing with really wide 3m tape edge to edge and it won’t come off!

Get some 3M primer 94, they come in small tubes on Amazon. Or eBay.
It will do wonders for adhesive bonding, and won’t tare up anything if you need to remove it. I’ve used it on my roof line spoiler and my trunk spoiler. I’ll also use it on the body kit, if I ever get around to buying it.
