Broken Wing

A friend snapped my spoiler's main clips while shutting my trunk. I was told by an auto shop that I would have to order a whole spoiler set-up ($200+) and that the main clips could not be replaced. Given this info is legit, are there any good suggestions on reattaching the wing at home? I rather enjoyed the ascetic nature of my spoiler, especially since the 05 S is more look than performance.

Find a junkyard where you can pull your own parts and look for a car just like yours and experiment with the attachments to see how it works. This will provide you solid information.

Spoiler is coming off, passenger side plastic attachment to the screw is broken. No signs of the clips on both sides. @Corollanary, did you have any success?
