Toyota corolla 2014,Mirror Turn Signal bulb change

Hi everyone,
Can you give me some tips? I want to change side mirror turn light bulb, I do not know how to open the back side plastic cover

Fold the mirror in and pry the bottom corner of the plastic that's closest to the hinge with one of those plastic retainer clip removers (hope that makes sense)

As for the bulb, I heard it's not possible to change it out as the housing is permanently sealed.

I've heard that it is permasealed. Mapisa and TIS(On Ebay) sell replacement LED turn signals and the TIS ones have an option to include flood lights.

if you look on the inner part of the mirror, you can see two clips closest to the window about an inch off each top/bottom.
