toyota corolla - 2015

#1
Over 200,000 kilometers on it. It suddenly started leaking transmission fluid - not hauling anything heavy - no long distance commuting, either. I need to keep it on the road -

What year is your car? It could probably be the seals in the transmission wearing out due to your car running for so long under various weather conditions, roads, etc.

2015? 200K+? No long distance? My gosh... That certainly qualify for "special driving conditions" described in the manual.
You don't specify which trans (6M? 4A? CVT?) nor how you know it's leaking (puddle? evaporation? car behavior?).
Was the maintenance done according to the manual for such driving conditions (30K inspection/60K fluid change if 4AT/CVT or 30K trans oil change for manual)?
Worn gaskets or bad reinstallation after a recent maintenance, you simply don't say enough for anyone to help you much and probably should pay a visit to your mechanic.
