2014 Corolla le idle

First time Corolla owner .. So I bought a 2014 Corolla with 26-27000 miles on have have the car for about 25 days love the car but I've noticed that the car at a red like idles a little not very bad but it's noticeable and the rpms kinda bounce from about 5-7 now when I turn the Ac it's very noticeable and the rpms bounce from about 500 to almost 1000 at a red.. Already took it back to the dealer and they said its "normal" on these kind of cars does anyone else have this problem or am I just paranoid

The compressor requires power from the engine belt and the adjustment in RPM's is the reason for that.

If anything, get a second opinion to put your mind at ease with another dealership. For paranoid people like us car enthusiasts, peace of mind is very important!

I can't say mine does that so a second opinion would be helpful.
