DjAnnexAlpha New Member May 28, 2014 #5 May 28, 2014 #5 Sheeeeet I had some 6-way 6x9 speakers in my old car. They were the NAXA NCS-769 speakers. They had INSANE bass even without an amp.

TigerHeli New Member Jun 10, 2014 #9 Jun 10, 2014 #9 They aren't 2-ohms, Infinity just claims they are. They are really 2.9 ohms and should be fine off the stock deck (and even better amped).

Using 4 ohm without an amp will kill the volume you can get.

Donabed Kopoian 6 Speed Master Jun 11, 2014 #12 Jun 11, 2014 #12 I dunno. 0.9 ohms isn't as much of a difference as 2.0 ohms and they will hit harder than the paper speaker crap Toyota uses.
