2014 corolla LE real world mileage

Hi there, i recently purchased a 2014 corolla LE 1.8L with the cvt transmission, I am just curios what people are getting for real world mileage in it, are you doing 75 on the freeway and still getting 38? Also i live in a cold climate, curios how long people are letting their cars warm up for. What mileage are you getting in the city? I drive very conservatively.

Now that winter is here, I get 35mpg at mostly 60mph.

Before winter got here, I got 38mph(exactly as advertised) at mostly 60-65, 32-35 at 70-72mph.

Highway I normally drive ~ 62 to 65 mph and get 40 mpg in the cold. In the summer it was closer to 45. If there's a lot of non-highway driving, high 30's. I drive very conservatively.
