Possible engine failure question

#1
Yesterday my 02 Corolla started running real bad. Last night when I got home I looked under the car and my catalytic converter was cherry red. Car had no power and almost got stuck. Today I checked the oil and it was low, I checked my plugs and number 1 cyl was fouled. Number 3 cylinder was wet. Not wet with fuel so I assume it's antifreeze. I cleaned it and put it back in, started the car for a few seconds and then shut it off. Pulled that plug back out and it was dripping wet again. Am I to assume it's a blown head gasket?

Well thats it she is gone. Found out #1 cyl lost all compression and #3 was leaking anti freeze into the cyl. So i put it out there for sale and sold it for a few bucks. Wasent about to put 1-2k into it. These years 99-02 corolla's were bad due to the piston design. After purchasing it, i found out it burned alot of oil. 1 quart every 200 miles. So i fid you farewell old car. I was fun while it lasted. Next time i will do research before buying another used car.

Well there are really bad batches. At least what you've shared here could shed a light for others who might experience the same issue.
