Plasti Dip Front And Rear Toyota Emblems

Any special ways I should go about taping off the area around the front grill? Going to be doing the front and back after work today. Any help or hints would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!

There it's no way in messing up just tape a square around the emblems and you can peel the plastic dip right off the unnecessary places

Ok, yeah I will be doing it tomorrow on my day off. Just unsure of how to mask off the front of the car is all? That part is a little tricky. I rear is easy lol.

it's easy just make a circle around the emblem and then just paint it all black and since the back of the emblem is already black no need of peeling it off

I already did it it looks good I love it since I have my car white and it goes with black and white

I did both and I also did the spoiler on the back

Last question lol. How did you get the paint from in between the letters out? Like the O and C?

It peels off perfect on the C just make sure you have a heavy coat of plastidip in your emblems or it won't work and as for the O use like a toothpick or a rubber pick to peel off from the inside ... So in other words from The top of inside O scrape off the plastidip and then it'll be easy to peel off ....I'll find a video to show you

I'd recommend to skip to 1:50mins because they are annoying AF but if you wanna watch it be my guest but that's what I'm talking about

Yeah I did it yesterday it came out great! I did miss a little on the bottom of the emblem and where it says corolla but I'm not going to mask it all off again. You can't really notice it anyways. For my first time I'm happy with it! Wish I could post a pic lol
