I had the yellow check engine light come on the other day and I took it to my dealership to get it checked out. Results came back as: P0303 Cylinder #3 Misfire. No misfire at this time.
The techs swapped coils, cleared the code, test drove and still no misfire. So for now, they’re having me drive it around for a while and see if the light comes back on and they can take a look at it some more.
Anyways, I paid $140 for the labor and I am now just suddenly wondering if my warranty would’ve been able to cover the cost of labor? I understand that the warranty would’ve covered parts such as a spark plug if needed, but I didn’t pay anything for parts. So I just want to understand if labor is not included along with the warranty, or did I just pay for something I shouldn’t have?
Thanks to anyone who can help clarify this with me!
