Any good choices on starter kit/mods for the xrs 2zz? New to the car I found what I can by the usual search and utube....ive been wrenching on cars for awhile but this is my first toyota. Few ?'s how does the muffler delete pan out? do you just straight pipe it from the cat? got a K&N the first day. No noticeable difference in perf. or sound. Long story short what the best way to go about geting performance in both bolt on or fabrication. and by fabrication meaning not droping the motor out any time soon. Cars in the past ive just built intake, exaust myself. But I have a feeling this car is going to be different. Ive seen Borla, and a few others have a few products that can bolt on. is it worth the doe to invest in one? or could I just bend and weld up me an exaust. Sorry if this is a lot of questions but I figure I just git them outa the way off the bat. Is there a reliable flash for the cpu or do I have to get a harness + upgrade. Or can chainging the tune w/ programer make a difference. Ill stop there for now and see if anyone made it this far.....You know how it is....Want it cheap, want it yesterday, look good, sound right, last forever, lol....honestly any advice on this car would help sry again for the rambling on.
