My 2009 corolla burns oil

Hello,
I have 2009 corolla LE, it has only 69000 millage but it burns oil. The amount of oil decrease is quarter for 3000 miles. Is this normal?
The car is still under Toyotal warranty and they say that this is normal. the proplem is that the warranty will expire within 10 days.

An engine using some oil is normal. While oil consumption of a quart every 3000 miles is a bit much, that is considered well within normal limits. Some engines use more and some use less.

Mine does the same thing. A quarter does sound like a little too much though. What kind of driving do you do? Do you drive it hard?

older the car watch out, you be like this and it got 150-200K.. 1 Qt per 3Ksomething to me is not right. thart is me.

What can it be who knows Mine can be a pan leak air grabbing as its being driveabe all over the under carriage.
