i just got a new 07 corolla a couple months back. One day i decieded to change the spark plugs to fix a little bit of a rough idle l, however i had never worked on it before. It surprised me that there was one nut and one bolt for the plastic cover and the bolt is about four inches long.
This bolt stripped through the wire for the fuel injector connector on the third an. I didnt realize till i started the car again and there was a missfire. Shortly after the car died, i couldnt start it back up, fixed that with a fuse
i crimped the wires from the injector, that didnt help, i took off the crimp and soldered the wires, that didnt help.
I swaped around fuel injectors and coil packs and nothing
Now i think i need to buy a new injector wiring harness but thats expinsive, i figured i should try here first if i could get any help!!
