Misfire

Hello I am new to the forums but need help so I will start with a question. 1996 corolla misfire cylinders 1 and 2 code come up. I have spark and my fuel injectors have been cleaned. still misfireing. please help. also fuel injector rail attachment bolt broke what size is it ??? any suggestions other than the ones my wife gives me would be very appreciated.

Check the ignition cables for cylinders 1 and 2 (measure resistance). Make a compression pressure or cylinder leak test.
