The washer looking plastic piece to my linkage in my console broke a couple of weeks ago. I was backing out of my driveway and went to put it in drive and the automatic shift was real loose. It would not go out of reverse. Called AAA and the guy arrived and knew immediately what it was. He rigged it back up so I could shift. Is there anyway of getting just the black plastic washer looking piece replaced or do I have to get the whole cable replaced which is expensive?
