light bar....

im thinking of mounting a light bar behing bottom section of the grill on my 2014 corolla s. any thoughts or product recommendations? i already have the jdm astar fogs which are awesome. also anyone know what kind of high beams you can install to almost color match the lowbeams, but still have same line of sight as hghbeams?

i use to had an led Strip that would illuminate the grill from the inside and it would let out a blue color....looked super cool but is very illegal....so i took it off, and I'm looking to do the same thing but with white light, since that is not illegal..at least in california.
