LED Fog Lights

I'll be installing H11 Led Fog light bulbs on my corolla, is a resistor needed or is it just stright plug and play?

They look nice and also come with wiring but i was looking at these, they seem to be just the bulbs. this HTML class. Value is http://www.amazon.ca

I may look at getting some 9005 LED bulbs to replace my high beams if I can get them to match the headlight LED's. It sucks they are built in to the headlight. I had an easy plug and play kit on my FR-S to go directly to HID's. Pretty painless and it came with really good projectors.
