Instrument Cluster Fuel Error

This is in regards to a 2015 Corolla Altis Indian Make where there is weird fuel gauge error wherein the Fuel needle always shows a quarter tank error, i.e the fuel needle shows quarter tank more than the actual.
Have tried Needle reset but no help
I tried stoping the needle swing at Full after full tank but after ignition is turned off the needle goes quarter below Empty thus always showing a quarter tank error.
Please help!

Needle always goes bottom when car is turned off with every car I've had. And over full when full. Perfectly normal. Not an error.
(Plus, in general, needle will be a bit pessimistic when going low, to avoid a surprising "Empty".
