How to fix this wires

That can be fixed. I'd recommend getting a professional technician to take a look at it and perform the repair.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU DO TO YOUR VEHICLE, YOURSELF, OR ANY OTHERS.
If you're adamant on fixing it yourself, you need to find where those wires go. Once you find where they go you can install a new section of wire. If you're going to do that I'd recommend buying sealed butt connectors and heat shrink. Crimp the butt connectors onto the wire, heat them up to seal them and then cover them in heat shrink for a lasting repair.

Be advised that hooking the wrong wires together can cause many issues from destroying a computer (could cost up to a few thousand dollars) to burning down your whole car to blowing a fuse. Electrical is not something I recommend a rookie to work on without supervision from a certified and experienced technician.
