HELP back seats not locking in after being down

hi,

I put my back seats down to store bigger item in the boot and now the seats are stuck
ZR 2014 model

Not impressed Toyota!! First time I have put them down and the release buttons are stuck in the down positions. I have tried pressing the buttons and they won't budge. Have done what it says in the manual and lightly rocked seats back and forth but they won't secure back in.

Anyone else had this issue?? It's a real inconvenience as I have children to transport shortly. It's now unsafe to use back seats.

Was very happy with my ZR until I've found these release buttons were dodgy

if i was in that problem id smack those down with a hammer out of frustration....but id suggest taking it to the dealer so u don't risk breaking the mechanism cause than its your fault....just give them a call usually they are helpful..

I've had me seats folded multiple times and I have never had this issue. Maybe you are having bad luck. But yeah I would totally take it to the dealer.
