Hazard Warning Flasher/Turn Light Flasher location in Corolla 1999 VE

Hi, Flasher for Left/Right Turn and Hazard Light stops working in my Toyota Corolla 1999 VE model suddenly. I check all the fuses and lamps, all are fine. even when i select either left/right turn , it shows indicator on dash board and corresponding lamp illuminate but there is no flashing/blinking of light. I found it may be due to Flasher is broken and searched link for new Flasher but problem is that i am not able to find its location in my car. Where is this Flasher located in actual so that i can found it and replace it. Please help me and it would be great if you can share some picture of its location. Thanks
