2006 Corolla now has a grind in passenger side brakes I can not get rid of? Wore the little tabs off of the clips that snap into caliper that the pads slide back and forth in. Tried brand new rotors, and when the clips wear, they groove the rotor. I have to think at this point the bearing was damaged by them when they installed it. I drove it for a while before the grinding from the clips started to be noticed. When I jacked it up to remove the wheel to check it out, the wheel was loose, so I took it back to them, and told them I thought the bearing was screwed. They retorqued it, and said that was normal while they worked themselves in, hahhahah. Anyway, the groove on the rotor indicates it has to have a wobble in it, because it is not all around the rotor, and on the highway you can hear a wah wah wah, like a wobble. What say you guys, and gals? Thanks for your thoughts. Cheers!
