Anyone know where I can order a complete exhaust system for a 1998? Any suggestions on the best one to get?

Be advised that original equipment exhaust parts are welded together and you'll need a cutting torch to get them apart and remove them.

Also the original equipment parts will last the longest, also providing the best fuel economy, torque and throttle response. Aftermarket exhaust parts are typically geared for high performance, high rpm usage, which is not the world a street car lives in, (especially an economy car such as the Corolla), will reduce torque, throttle response and fuel economy. Might be best to avoid unnecessarily paying even more for fuel.

Whoever does the installation, exhaust parts can be purchased at the Toyota dealership, exhaust shops like Midas, Meineke, any of the discount auto parts stores that sell made in China, "quality", parts with hokus-pokus names conjured up by their marketing departments, like something along the lines of, "Super-Max-Power-Turbo-Supercharged-Mufflers", etc., that don't last very long or perform as implied, taking advantage of unknowing consumers. Beware.
