Electric/heated seats

It's not worth adding the heated seats. They had more problems with them because the fake leather wasn't able to handle the heat that was being put out by the system and there was a major recall on them from Toyota.

They fixed that issue. There were never reported fires, but the material didn't meet safety codes so Toyota couldn't legally sell the cars, and had to fix them.

Talk with your dealer as they likely are partnered with automotive upholstering specialists who have significant experience doing this. The dealer I bought from has a 100 car indoor showroom and a short walk revealed that they had added heated seats to numerous vehicles on the floor. Prices ranged from $490 to $1400 for the ones that also had a very high quality leather trim installed according to the "added dealer equipment" addendum to the window sticker.
