E Ed C New Member Jul 18, 2015 #1 Jul 18, 2015 #1 1st time I drove my 2014 Corolla S on highway, the gauge said I was getting 39.6 mpg. Never again; been driving 5 weeks - the gauge always says around 30-31 mpg, city and highway. How come? Did I change a setting or something inadvertently?
