My 1997 corolla have a bit of a weird problem with the door lock.
When i fist got it, all of the locks worked fine. I could unlock all four doors using the driver side key entrance. But after a while, the lock stopped to unlock all four doors. It would only lock the driver side, or the passenger side if the key is entered there. But periodically it would open all four doors from the driver side, but not lock them. Now it will never unlock all four, or lock them.
But if I use the knob inside the car to unlock or lock all of the doors, it will work fine, an lock or unlock all of them.
The knob at the door that you can pull down og up is a bit slack. I will assume that this is directly connected to the door latch. Can this have anything to do with the fault?
Also the powered windows work, and the central lock works from the inside of the car, the fuse should therefore be ok, and it is (checked it today).
Thanks in advance for answers
