Brake Problem

I have a 2002 corolla with 29,800 miles on it. recently ABS started to act as though I'm on icy road. does this intermittently when slowing around 15 MPH. Could this be a speed sensor? And if so, how can I which wheel? Thanks.for any help.

Are any lights on? Are the front and rear brakes in good condition?

Just making sure you aren't confusing ABS pulsation with warped rotors.

If it is ABS pulsation, check the wheel speed sensors and the tone rings on all 4 wheels. There is a gap setting that must be met, but usually if a wheel speed sensor fails, the ABS light will trigger.
