Anybody with a 2017 here a noise when you change temp on the a/c?

Whenever I change the temperature on my AC, I hear a noise while it's adjusting it's not super loud it's kind of like digital sounding in a way, but I can hear it and it's annoying. It's not super loud but if my music is on low I can still hear it. Is anybody else having this issue?

It's high pitched like those dog whistles or the sound if you download a high frequency audio app from the app store on your phone and you Jack it to 15000mhz or whatever the frequency measurement is for that
