The short answer is no. Only rumors on forums by members reporting "but when I bought my salesperson (hum...) told me an update would come" 
. Australia did get an update so yes, it's feasible, although it's also possible that head unit in other markets, beside the shape/integration, have different hardware than in NA. It was the case with 11th gen.
