I have a 1997 corolla DX with the 4afe engine. The harmonic balancer had to be replaced since it was coming apart. when the harmonic balancer came apart it through the belt off of the air conditioning pulleys. when I went to put the belt back on after getting the new harmonic balancer put on I noticed that the air conditioning tensioner is not moving no matter how much I move the bolt in the top of it. I need to be able to remove the entire tensioner and its bracket whatever so that I can find out if its the spring that's is broken or what.how do I get it out of there so that I can work on it.
