On the 2014 Tacoma that I had; I was able to simply hit the home button, and scroll up and down with the up and down arrows on the left side of the steering wheel while using my usb card to play MP3 music.
On my Corolla, I can't do that.
The dealer did the software update.
The tech and the service manager has no answer for me.
I said "In otherwords, I need to rip this piece of junk stereo out and put in an aftermarket one in to fix my problem."
They both agreed with me.
Does anybody here have an alternative answer to that before I rip it apart?
