2012 corolla 1.8l misfire

I got a 12 corolla that ran great for 5 hrs guy ran it down to 1 gal to empty. filled tank then it started to misfire cyl 1and 4 changed fuel pump injectors plugs checked coils and still does it. runs great for about 10-15 min then misfire begins any thoughts

Try changing your fuel filter.

correct me if i am wrong but the only filter is on the fuel pump and if so i put a new assmbly in

The usual cause of misfire is due to coils.

How you checked the coils? People check the coils by removing the connection. If you are doing this you are doing the wrong way.

The best way is to check the coil is to lift it slightly unless it make spark either the side of the engine or simply have enough gap not to complete the circuit with the plug.
