2009 Corolla blows hot air when A/C is on

Hi. I'm looking for some help troubleshooting what I think is an A/C problem on a 2009 Corolla.

When the outside temp is below about 90F, the A/C works pretty normal. However when it gets much hotter than this outside, the system starts to blow hot air. Not warm, hot.

So far, I have recharged the refrigerant; tried my best to ensure the clutch is engaged. I have read that the clutch relay might be an issue, but I cannot find it on this thing. I've seen people say look for MG CLT on fuse panel, and the dealer parts guy said something similar. This isn't listed inside the fuse panel on mine.

I would have assumed if the clutch was the problem or the relay, it wouldn't blow any cold air. A/C compressor seems to be spinning every time I check it.

Anyone have a similar problem? Any advice on where to look? I wonder if it's even an A/C problem?

2009 corolla comes with a clutchless design AC compressor. Start with checking the current/fuse and Clean your condenser and see if anything good happens

3 questions.....I'm not familiar with 2009.. First, is this a climate control computer? If not, does all 4 of the blower speeds work ok? Especially does the max speed work 100% ok and does not rpm waver during extended running? Last, when you say 'hot' air, are you referring to hot air such as turning the dash knob to red zone? Or just hot 90 degree air from the inside cabin. Not trying to nitpick, but there is a difference symptom wise. Thanks.
