How do I open the diagnostic box? My check engine light is on. I am trying to do the paper clip test to get a code. I couldn't figure out how to open the diagnostic cover. Appreciate any help with this.

I found a video on you tube with the guy opening the diagnostic cover. It opened front to back it has a lip on the front to push on. Once I saw it done I could use enough force to open it I just didn't want to break it. I did my test and I got to codes. 21 and 71. I am thinking that my next step will be to replace the EGR Vacuum Modulator. I am not sure but that is what I'm leaning towards doing.
