1994 Corolla - Help With Minor Electrical Issues

#1
Hi everybody, about 9 months ago my cousin gave me her old 94 corolla. It has almost 220k on it, and for its age is in surprisingly good condition. Its always been well maintained (my Aunt bought it when the car new so its always been in the family.) The great thing is that its totally stock. No one has messed with the engine, no one has hacked up the wiring, and the interiors is in amazing condition. I have some free time now and there are a few minor problems I want to fix and could use some input before I start diving into it.
1. neither of the rear windows roll down (from either the driver switch or the individual door switches)
2. the interior dome like RARELY works. Its turned on 5 times since I've had the car. So something intermittent is going on.
3. Both front parking (not turning) lights (the ones just next to the headlights) don't work. I'm assuming they are both burned out, but have not yet taken them out to inspect.
4. Lastly, this is the main issue and most annoying issue. Something is wrong with the electric door latch on the drivers side. With the key, the driver's door locks fine. It only unlocks that door. However, if I unlock the passenger side door with the key, all doors except the drivers door unlock. And when I turn the key the other way, all the doors except the driver door lock. I'm kinda assuming that the door lock actuator on the drivers side is bad, I just think its odd that it won't unlock or lock any of the other doors as well. Anyways, I eventually would like to install keyless entry on the car, so I obviously need to fix that first.

So if anybody has any input on where to start, such as fuses to check or things to check or wiring codes for the above listed things, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks!
