Ok, I stand corrected!

There is one bolt on the back of the bottom seat, kinda between the seat belts. Then just pull firmly up on the front. It will feel like your going to break it, but it just snaps together.

I don't know for sure. Could be a valve there where the hose connects to the valve cover. Never looked.
