If you have the NAV unit, they’re garbage between 2014-2016. Units made by Fujitsu. For about $800-$1000, you can get a really nice aftermarket radio that does more and will last the life of the car. Also look into the Maestro Rr, to retain your factory steering wheel controls, backup camera, etc.

Try disconnecting the battery again for 5-10 minutes. If that doesn’t work, I’ve heard there’s a way to force the radio to reboot. Might be in the owners manual. Also, you might have to go through the setup process again and maybe that’s why it’s grayed out? Is this a NAV unit?

I had the same problem when ordering mine. It’s just a picture that’s inaccurate. As long as you order the correct part number, you’ll get the right part.

TRD makes a front strut tower brace. I would recommend this one over the universal ones. TRD is a one piece design. These aftermarket STB’s are usually 3 piece with pivot points. Just doesn’t seem effective IMO.
