I found the fuse box and replaced hhe fog light one but that didnt seem to do anything? Any other suggestions?

Hi... I was changing my bulbs to blue LED lights. Interior went well. As i was changing my license plate lights, auddenly they stopped working, turned off. I realized later that my fog lights are not working either. I played with the on switch numerous time no sign of them coming on... Any ideas...
