Electronic key reprogramming?

I have a 2016 S model and one of the keys was wiped and won't start th car.
Does anyone know if this can be done on a DIY basis or do you have to have the dealer do it and charge a fortune? I haven't been able to find a procedure online that work on my Corolla S model.

You can purchase a programmer on Amazon. If I can find it again I'll post the link.
